13How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed in a single day. Larger projects and commercial jobs can take longer. We confirm the timeline with you before work begins.
14What warranty comes with the project?
Rolling shutters carry 5 years on shutter parts, 5 years on motors, 2 years on electronic components, and 1 year on labor, with the same terms for residential and commercial. Rolling screens carry 10 years on fabric against fading, 5 years on motors, 5 years on extrusions and parts, 2 years on electronic components, and 1 year on labor. 15How long do rolling shutters last?
Rolling shutters are built from extruded aluminum slats with a baked-on finish, and they typically last 20 years or more. Routine care is cleaning the guide rails and lubricating the moving parts.
16Do motorized patio screens need new wiring?
Not necessarily. Motorized patio screens can use solar-powered motors, so no new wiring runs to the patio. Ask your specialist which option fits each opening.
17Who installs the shutters and screens?
Our own trained, local crews do, the same team that measures the openings and builds the shutters. One licensed, bonded, and insured company handles the project from start to finish, with no subcontractor hand-off.
